By placing an order, making a booking, purchasing a product, renting equipment or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Ademco Slide
Ademco Slide provides inflatable entertainment and party equipment for both rental and sale, including but not limited to:
- Bounce houses
- Inflatable water slides
- Obstacle courses
- Inflatable games
- Foam machines and foam-party equipment
- Commercial inflatables
- Party equipment
- Accessories and related products
Product availability, specifications, colours, designs and features may vary.
2. Website Use
The information and content displayed on the Ademco Slide website is provided for general information and promotional purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information are accurate. However, minor differences may occur between product images and the actual product, particularly regarding colours, graphics and appearance.
Ademco Slide reserves the right to correct errors, update information and change product availability, specifications or pricing without prior notice.
3. Rental Bookings
A rental booking is only considered confirmed once Ademco Slide has received the required booking information and payment or deposit specified for the reservation.
Availability is not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed by Ademco Slide.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name and contact information
- Event date
- Event address
- Delivery and access information
- Equipment requirements
- Any other information reasonably required to complete the booking
4. Rental Period
The rental period will be determined at the time of booking.
Customers must ensure that the equipment is available for collection at the agreed time.
If equipment is kept beyond the agreed rental period without prior approval, additional rental charges may apply.
5. Rental Payments
Payment requirements will be communicated during the booking process.
Depending on the booking, Ademco Slide may require:
- A deposit
- Full payment before delivery
- A refundable security deposit
- Additional charges for delivery, setup or collection
A booking may not be considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.
6. Purchased Products
Products purchased from Ademco Slide must be paid for according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase.
Ownership of a purchased product will transfer according to the applicable sales agreement and payment terms.
Ademco Slide reserves the right to withhold delivery or collection of an order until the required payment has been received.
7. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website or provided in quotations may be subject to change.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices may not include:
- Delivery
- Installation or setup
- Collection
- Special transportation
- Additional accessories
- Site preparation
- Other services requested by the customer
Any additional charges will be communicated where reasonably possible before the relevant service is provided.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Rental cancellations and product returns are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Customers should notify Ademco Slide as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change a booking.
Because rental equipment is reserved for specific dates, cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice provided.
For purchased products, returns, exchanges and refunds will be handled according to our applicable return policy and consumer protection requirements.
9. Weather Conditions
Inflatable equipment may be affected by adverse weather conditions.
For safety reasons, Ademco Slide may postpone, cancel or stop a rental where conditions such as strong winds, lightning, severe storms or other hazardous weather make the use of the equipment unsafe.
Where practical, customers may be offered an alternative date or other suitable arrangement.
Ademco Slide’s decision regarding the safe operation of rental equipment will be final.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers renting equipment are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is used safely and only for its intended purpose.
Customers must:
- Follow all instructions provided by Ademco Slide.
- Ensure appropriate adult supervision.
- Prevent unauthorised or inappropriate use.
- Keep prohibited items away from the equipment.
- Prevent sharp objects, shoes, food, drinks and other potentially damaging items from being used inside inflatables where applicable.
- Inform Ademco Slide immediately if equipment becomes damaged or unsafe.
- Ensure children and guests follow the applicable safety rules.
The customer must not move, modify, repair, dismantle or attempt to relocate rental equipment without permission from Ademco Slide.
11. Adult Supervision
Inflatable equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in use.
Parents, guardians, event organisers or designated supervisors remain responsible for monitoring participants and ensuring that safety rules are followed.
Ademco Slide is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, inadequate supervision, misuse or unauthorised use of the equipment.
12. Site Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is suitable for the rented equipment.
The site should have:
- Sufficient space
- Suitable ground conditions
- Safe access
- Adequate clearance
- Suitable electrical access where required
- Safe access for delivery and collection vehicles
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission from property owners, venues, landlords, municipalities or other relevant parties.
13. Delivery and Setup
Delivery and setup arrangements will be agreed before the rental or sale is completed.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that the site is accessible.
Additional charges may apply where delivery or setup is affected by:
- Restricted access
- Incorrect address information
- Waiting time
- Site obstacles
- Difficult access
- Customer delays
- Additional labour requirements
Ademco Slide may refuse to install equipment where the site presents an unreasonable or unsafe risk.
14. Damage, Loss and Misuse
Rental equipment remains the property of Ademco Slide.
The customer is responsible for reasonable care of the equipment during the rental period.
Customers may be charged for reasonable repair, replacement, cleaning or recovery costs resulting from:
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Vandalism
- Unauthorised movement
- Failure to follow safety instructions
- Damage caused by animals
- Sharp objects
- Food, drinks or prohibited substances
- Fire or other preventable damage
- Loss or theft
Normal wear and tear is excluded from damage charges.
15. Purchased Equipment — Installation and Use
Customers purchasing inflatable equipment are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is installed, operated, maintained and stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Where professional installation is recommended or required, customers should use appropriately qualified personnel.
Ademco Slide is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation, improper operation, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
16. Product Specifications
Product images, colours, dimensions and specifications displayed on the website are intended as a general representation.
Minor differences may occur due to:
- Manufacturing variations
- Lighting
- Photography
- Screen settings

- Supplier changes
