Warranty Policy
At Ademco Slide, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell and aim to provide our customers with reliable inflatable and party equipment. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage available on products purchased from Ademco Slide.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, model and terms specified on the customer’s quotation or invoice.
1. Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated in writing, products supplied by Ademco Slide are covered against manufacturing defects and defects in materials for the applicable warranty period specified at the time of purchase.
Warranty coverage may apply to products such as:
- Bounce houses
- Inflatable water slides
- Obstacle courses
- Inflatable games
- Commercial inflatables
- Foam machines
- Blowers
- Pumps
- Electrical components
- Other qualifying party and inflatable equipment
The specific warranty period may differ between products and components.
2. What the Warranty Covers
Where a qualifying manufacturing defect is confirmed, Ademco Slide may, depending on the circumstances:
- Repair the defective product or component
- Replace the defective component
- Replace the product where appropriate
- Provide another remedy available under applicable law
The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, the product involved and the applicable warranty terms.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not normally cover damage or defects caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or abuse
- Negligence
- Incorrect installation
- Incorrect operation
- Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
- Improper storage
- Exposure to unsuitable weather conditions
- Sharp objects or punctures
- Cuts, tears or abrasions
- Vandalism
- Animal damage
- Fire or excessive heat
- Chemicals or corrosive substances
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Electrical damage caused by incorrect power supply
- Power surges or unstable electrical systems
- Improper transportation after delivery
- Use outside the product’s intended purpose
Damage resulting from commercial or unusually intensive use may be subject to specific warranty conditions depending on the product.
4. Inflatable Equipment
Inflatable products require proper installation, operation, cleaning, storage and maintenance.
Customers must follow all manufacturer’s instructions and any instructions supplied by Ademco Slide.
Small punctures, accidental tears, cosmetic damage and other damage resulting from normal use or external causes are generally not considered manufacturing defects.
Where a repair is required as a result of accidental or customer-caused damage, the repair may be chargeable.
5. Blowers and Electrical Components
Where applicable, blowers, pumps, motors, electrical components and other accessories may have a separate manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage may be subject to the manufacturer’s specific conditions.
Customers should use electrical equipment according to the supplied instructions and ensure that appropriate electrical connections and power supplies are used.
6. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, customers should contact Ademco Slide as soon as the suspected defect is identified.
Please provide:
- Customer name
- Proof of purchase
- Invoice or order number
- Product name and model
- Description of the problem
- Date the problem was discovered
- Photographs or videos showing the issue where applicable
We may request additional information or arrange an inspection before determining whether the issue qualifies under the warranty.
7. Inspection and Assessment
Ademco Slide may inspect the product to determine the cause of the problem.
If the inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect covered by the warranty, the applicable remedy will be provided in accordance with the warranty terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
If the issue is determined to have resulted from misuse, negligence, improper installation, normal wear and tear or another excluded cause, the warranty claim may be declined.
Where possible, we will explain the reason for the decision.
8. Repairs
Warranty repairs must be approved by Ademco Slide before work is carried out.
Customers should not attempt to repair, modify or alter a product that is subject to a warranty claim without prior approval.
Unauthorised repairs or modifications may affect warranty coverage.
9. Transportation and Collection
The customer may be responsible for transporting or making the product available for inspection, depending on the nature of the warranty claim and the agreed warranty terms.
Where a product must be returned to Ademco Slide or a designated repair facility, return transportation arrangements will be communicated to the customer.
10. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products supplied by Ademco Slide may carry a manufacturer’s warranty rather than a warranty provided directly by Ademco Slide.
Where applicable, the manufacturer’s warranty terms will apply.
Ademco Slide will assist customers with the warranty process where reasonably possible.
11. Warranty Period
The warranty period applicable to each product will be communicated at the time of purchase or stated on the relevant quotation, invoice, product documentation or manufacturer’s warranty.
Different components of the same product may have different warranty periods.
Customers should retain their proof of purchase for the duration of the applicable warranty period.
12. Transfer of Warranty
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, warranties are provided to the original purchaser and may not automatically transfer to another owner if the product is resold.
Any transfer of warranty must be confirmed by Ademco Slide in writing.
13. Rental Equipment
Unless specifically stated otherwise, this Warranty Policy applies to products purchased from Ademco Slide and does not apply to equipment rented for temporary events.
Rental equipment remains the property of Ademco Slide and is maintained and serviced according to our internal procedures and the manufacturer’s requirements where applicable.
14. Consumer Rights
This Warranty Policy does not remove or limit any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where applicable law provides customers with rights that are more extensive than those described in this policy, those legal rights will continue to apply.
15. Warranty Exclusions and Changes
Ademco Slide reserves the right to update this Warranty Policy from time to time.
The warranty terms applicable to a specific purchase will be those communicated to the customer at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
